Matt's Story

The path I knew
disappeared.

At the end of 2022, one start-up dissolved. By the middle of 2023, I had been laid off from another.

After more than 15 years as a chemical engineer and leader, the path that had defined me was suddenly gone. I didn't recognize it at the time, but I was facing an identity crisis.

I didn't find Samurai Success while searching for what came next.

My wife did.

Matt Hepfinger.

Matt Hepfinger is Head Coach at Samurai Success and facilitator of the SOFI US cohort. Before coaching, he spent more than 15 years in the corporate world and several more in start-ups as a chemical engineer and leader responsible for product development, process development, scale-up, and commercialization.

A husband and father based in Colorado, Matt knows what it means to rebuild your identity when the path that once defined you ends. His own journey through start-up dissolution, layoff, and challenging inner work now informs the grounded, honest way he serves others.

It's worth saying plainly. This isn't a weekend workshop. Here's why the length matters — and answers to the questions we hear most.

Real change takes time

The patterns this work addresses were laid down over years. One hour a week across twelve months gives them somewhere to go — and gives you time to integrate what shifts.

The group carries you

The cohort is small deliberately. The relationships formed within it become part of the process. You won't be doing this alone.

You're not locked in

If life changes significantly, speak to Matt. Specific terms will be set out clearly before you join anything.

A 48-week, structured group coaching process focused on identity development and subconscious reprogramming. You will meet weekly with Matt and your cohort and apply the work between sessions. This is not information alone — it is applied transformation.

One weekly group session, plus a short daily integration and meditation practice. Consistency is more important than intensity.

Lasting transformation takes time to move through awareness, healing, identity creation, and integration. The process has been condensed as much as possible, and 48 weeks is the most effective structure we have found for sustainable change.

The cohort is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. This size allows for depth, interaction, and meaningful shared insight.

The I AM Studio uses your own recorded identity statements, in your own voice, combined with specific brain-state mechanics to support subconscious reprogramming and ongoing integration.

No. You do not need prior experience with coaching, meditation, spirituality, or this type of inner work. You only need to be open to learning and willing to engage consistently.

If, within the first three months, you do not see the value in the program, you can request a full refund. The complete terms will be provided before you enroll.

No. This program is an opportunity, not a promise of specific results. Your experience and outcomes depend on your engagement, commitment, circumstances, and consistent application of the process.
